By ordering our merchandise, you agree with our selling conditions. You are obliged to accept and pay for he products you have ordered. Fly ‘em High can change the conditions.
All merchandise is owned by Fly ‘em high until full payment has taken place.
Only correct filled in forms are accepted.
You need to fill in a correct email address and telephone number.
Delivery of merchandise takes place as long as it is in stock, Fly ‘em high gives no guarantee on the merchandise. Illustrations can differ from the product you ordered.
Condition 2- Delivery and delivery costs.
Fly ‘em high has contracted TNT post. The costs of delivery and handling fee is € 6,20 for an order within the Netherlands up till 10 kilograms, from 10 to 30 kilograms the expenses are
€ 11,95. Outside the Netherlands DPD takes care of the delivery for quotes check your shopping cart.
Important: You always receive an email to inform you when you order has been sent. If you haven’t received your order within 3 weeks, please contact us.
When TNT is unable to deliver the merchandise to the customer, the costs will be recharged to the customer.
3- Delivery
Fly ‘em high only takes orders from customers in Europe.
The delivery period depends on the way of payment. When you have paid your order, it takes maximum two workdays until sending if on stock.
If an article is not in stock, we keep you posted on the delivery time.
4- Payment
Payment can be done in two ways.
You pay in advance in our bank account, and you add the number of your order you received by email. For the Netherlands it is bank account 4208693 Toevoegen: For customers abroad the IBAN and/or SWIF number is: …….You have to pay within two weeks from ordering. If you fail to do this, we remind you with an email. When you order for more than € 6000, we require a deposit from 1/3 of the sum. Full payment has to be done at deliverance.
You pay the postman (only in the Netherlands)
5- If you aren’t satisfied….
When the ordered merchandise don’t live up to your expectations, or you ordered the wrong article,,, you can return the articles within 7 days. It has to be in the original packing, unused and with enough prepay (customers costs). The seal has to be unbroken.
For the understandability of our customers service you have to send with the returned goods a copy of thebill,,, your bank number and the reason for returning the sending. IIIt is possible to send an email with these data.
When your return sending is meeting the demands, we pay the amount back within 14 days. The costs of delivery we draw from the amount of money we return to you.
You can exchange the products under the same conditions as described above. We charge you the delivery costs and the real price of the articles and you have to pay into our account in advance.
6- changing the prices
Fly ‘em high can adjust the price of an article. The price on the bill is the only correct one.
7- ordering, communication
For misunderstanding, malformation, delays or any errors in the information as consequence of the use of Internet or any other way of communication between you and fly ‘em high, or between fly ‘em high and others, fly ‘em high cannot be held responsible, unless there is an obvious intention or neglect by Fly ‘em high.
8- answerable
Fly ‘em high cannot be held responsible for changes in the welfare and health of the dog as a result of the use of our products, if this can be caused by the wrong use of the articles. When you use the products, you have to read the manual first. When you are doubtful about the health, condition and possibilities of your dog, you need to contact your vet.
9- Changes in the conditions.
The latest version is the one that is applied, or the one that was described at the time of your purchase.
10- Jurisdiction and administration of justice.
On all demands, obligations, offers, orders and contracts which are mentioned in these conditions is only Dutch jurisdiction applied.
All disputes between the different persons and/or organizations will be submitted to the Dutch jurisdiction.
11- Privacy declaration
Fly ‘em high thinks it is very important, that the information you sent to us are treated with carefulness and confidentiality.
We confirm the conduct of the Dutch Web shop Organization.Fly ‘em high respects the privacy of the customer. All information is only used in order to deliver the right articles to the right address. Fly ‘em high saves all personal information that is provided for by the customer into an account and is allowed to use this for their own advertisement. The customer has the right to read, chance and to remove their information.
Fly ‘em high will never pass on this information to third parties.
